GSU vs UAPB Spectator Bus Trip

Registration Information:

• The registration fee is $85, plus applicable service and processing fees.

• The cost is only for a seat on the bus. You will be responsible for your game ticket and meals.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Be sure to review the Policy Section for important information, including the Liability Waiver.

• The deadline to register is November 4, 2026, or until the bus reaches capacity.

• When registering, please provide an email address that you check regularly, as this will be our primary method of communication.

  
  

Important Details:

• Check-in will start at 11:00 pm on November 6, 2026. Please do not arrive before that time, as you will not be able to access the community center. We will depart by 12:00 midnight.

• We will stop at Wendy's and Flying J for breakfast in Carthage, TX. For dinner, we will stop in Shreveport, offering a variety of fast food options, including Whataburger, Taco Bell, and Burger King, among others.

• The bus will depart from and return to:

• We should return around midnight on November 7.

• You will be able to leave your car on the campus, if desired.

• Once on campus, you are welcome to participate in the High School Day activities until the game begins at 2 pm.

• The chapter reserves the right to deny participation at its discretion.
