2026 DLW High School Day Bus Trip

Registration Information:

• The registration fee is $120, plus applicable service and processing fees.

• Guardians are welcome to attend.

• This trip is intended for high school-aged students and adult chaperones aged 21 and over.

• Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. 

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Be sure to review the Policy Section for important information, including the Liability Waiver.

  
  

Important Details:

• The deadline to register is October 24, 2026, or until the bus reaches capacity.

• Check-in will start at 11:00 pm on November 6, 2026. Please do not arrive before that time, as you will not be able to access the community center. We will depart by 12:00 midnight.

• Families are responsible for dinner. We will stop in Shreveport, offering a variety of fast food options, including Whataburger, Taco Bell, and Burger King, among others.

• When registering, please provide an email address that you check regularly, as this will be our primary method of communication.

• The bus will depart from and return to:

Judson Robinson Jr. Community Center

2020 Hermann Dr., Houston, TX 77004

• We should return around midnight on November 7. Students will call when we are near Judson Robinson Jr. Community Center for pick up.

• Additional trip details will be provided following registration.

• The chapter reserves the right to deny participation to any student or chaperone at its discretion.
