WHAT:  Bus Trip to the Battle of the Tigers, Grambling State University Tigers vs. Texas Southern University Tigers Football Game
WHEN:  Saturday, November 12, 2011
TIME:    Bus Departs at 6:30 a.m. (please arrive by 6:15A.M.)
WHERE: Departing Judson Robinson Jr. Community Center, 2020 Hermann Drive, Houston, TX  en route to THE Grambling State University, Grambling, LA
COST:    Just $50/per person for the best road trip of the year! (Less than one-way cost of gas)
OTHER:  Give-a-ways, “Class of” roll call, and loads of “Real” Tiger Spirit!!
Payment is due October 15, 2011, but will also be accepted Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the alumni breakfast in Grambling .     You can pay via PayPal below, or to: gsuhoustonalumni@gmail.com. Houston Area Gramblinites:

Happy New Year!  Please join us in our first chapter event of 2011! Spend MLK Day with the DLW Alumni Chapter, Monday, January 17, 2011. 

We will be participating in the Annual MLK Parade along with the HBCU Alumni Association.  All Gramblinites and supporters are invited to participate and walk with us in this historic parade.  (We will meet at the corner of Taft Street and Allen Pkwy @ 9:00 am.)  The parade begins at 10:00 a.m.   Please show up dressed in your Grambling gear and with your Black and Gold Spirit!  

Also following the parade please join us in supporting our Grambling State University Tigers Basketball Team at Texas Southern University.
